1. Industrial pickling and surface treatment
Cold rolled strip pickling: used to remove the oxide scale on the metal surface, it needs to cooperate with graphite heat exchanger to maintain the acid temperature (65~95ºC) to improve the pickling effect.
Electroplating and electrolytic cell: resistant to strong acid (such as hydrochloric acid, sulfuric acid) and electrolyte corrosion, suitable for electroplating, phosphating, electrolysis and other processes.
2. Chemical and environmental protection
Chemical storage and transportation: storage of acid and alkali, organic solvents, chemical reagents and other corrosive media, widely used in chemical, pharmaceutical, petroleum industries.
Water treatment: used for PAC/PAM dosing, acid-base neutralization reaction tank and temporary storage of wastewater.
3. Food and pharmaceutical industry

1. Material selection and pretreatment
Material properties: PP (polypropylene) has acid and alkali resistance, corrosion resistance, aging resistance (up to 5 years), wide temperature range (-10ºC to 120ºC) and other characteristics, especially suitable for chemical, electroplating and other corrosive environment.
Plate processing: PP groove is usually made of polypropylene plate through welding process, the plate needs to select high purity, high crystallinity of PP particles, to ensure strength and chemical resistance.
